You cannot display category post using blog image medium. This effect will take place only in blog image large because it’s the default blog. If you like to have blog medium image view then it needs code customization and you need to hire a developer to fix it.

If you like to keep the entry titles on pages then you need code customization. You have to change it inside the core file. |To change the header page title then the file is inside theme folder-> inc-> structure-> header-extension.php, but before making any changes first make chil theme then only customize the code to be safe from data loss while upating to our new version.
