Solving the Rubik's cube is at the top of my list of goals for as long as I remember. It was amazing to watch people tackle the Rubik's Cube with such speed and concentration. After many hours of practicing during quarantine, I was finally able to check it off my bucket-list! I've come to understand that solving the cube is not just a fun pastime but an effective method of increasing your focus, concentration and perseverance, memory ability to think critically, and the ability to be mindful. It can take me hours to figure out the puzzle at first. It is possible to do it several times, twisting your fingers until your hands get hurt. This level of mindfulness is generally hard to achieve but the cube can make it appear effortless!
