Hi Themehorse,

Wondering if you have a specific date set for the update to the premium Clean Retina Pro?

As much as I am understanding that you are working on a new theme — I hope you are understanding the importance of this update to your existing customer base. A lot of us using your themes are losing traffic & have lower search engine rankings because of the H1 & H2 mistake. I hope you will allocate some time to get the update out sooner than later as this is an issue that seems to be dragging on. I do appreciate the fact that working on a new theme takes time, labor, and money….but I hope you appreciate that a loss of web traffic due to your theme’s incorrect use of H1 & H2 headings in pages and posts is also costing us (your existing customers) money as well.

For your customer’s sake, please give us a specific date as to when we can expect the update. I like using the Clean Retina theme and would like to continue to do so but I also hate the idea of losing traffic because of the theme.

Thanks for getting back to me.

I don’t mean this in a rude way, but a few weeks ago I was told the update would be out in a couple weeks and I’m a bit disappointed it has not happened yet. That’s why I was hoping for a more concise answer than “very soon” when I asked about a specific date. When you say “very soon” are we talking about next week, or 2 weeks, or more?

I’m sorry to keep nagging about this issue but not only am I losing traffic but I also have around 10 new posts that I’m holding off publishing until the update is done.

we have updated for this on the new version but the theme is still pending to review. After reviewing the theme you will be able to download the new version very soon.
