Hi Support Team,

I am using Interface Pro Theme and wanted to set up the “our team” section. When I create the Widget via the customizer, I apply the amount of team members in the field “Number of OurTeam:” and klick “uebernehmen” (it is the German meaning for “accept changes”).

Afterwards I try to fill in the information about the staff but the “uebernehmen”-button has vanished. Even if I hit “Speichern&Publizieren” (save & publish), nothing happens.

Only when I fill in all the data within the first run, I can hit “uebernehmen” and it will be set up. But I am not allowed to make any more changes afterwards, because I do not have any possibility to save the stuff I have created. I have tested several browsers: the error occurs in everyone of them.

Please give me a hint for the solution – because it doesn’t make sense to me, to set up a team section and not being able to make any changes at all.

Hi Dennis,

We have checked by our end and there is no such issue here.
It may be some plugins conflict, So could you please try deactivating the plugins one by one also remove any manually added javascript that you have added into your site via widget, iframe, etc..
