Hi,
Hi, even though I have the PRO version of Metanews, it doesn’t allow me to take advantage of support. More importantly, it won’t let me change the titles of my banners or featured posts, leaving them in English “post titles.” It also won’t let me do anything in the “social posts” section. How can I fix this?

First, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the support access that should not be happening.

To change the banner titles, please navigate to:
Appearance > Customize > Banner > Featured Slider, Featured Posts 1, or Featured Posts 2.
Within these sections, you’ll find an option labeled “Posts Title“, which allows you to customize the titles for the banner and featured posts as needed.

Regarding the “Social Posts” section could you please clarify which specific area you’re referring to? This will help us provide more accurate guidance.
