I noticed after activation the Mags Pro theme, that the customizer preview is not showing up.
What could be the problem?

Try deactivating the plugins one by one, it may be some plugins conflict.

Hi,
– deactivating the theme and testing Clean Retina Pro gave a good result in Clean Retina.
– afterwards, I switched back to the Mags theme again.
– Now the Preview is working,

Sorry, it was only working once. The second time the preview is empty again and indicating that it is loading and adjusting. When I do the trick with theme switching again, the preview shows up again. All pages are working except the home page. It looks like the home page is too heavy and cannot complete loading.

It is still under construction and I didn’t add much to the Demo content yet.
All pages are working with Preview except the home page.

Your Home Page is working very well but we noticed that you have hide the Titles of every post. If you have made it by mistake in the customization Process. Then you can remove the below code from Addition CSS.

.entry-title {
	display: none;
}
