I’d like to have the Page Description bar on the home page as well as all of the sub pages for consistency. Is there away to add it?

Also, I would like the bar to be black along with buttons. I’ve tried adding to the custom css, but I’m not having any luck. Is it possible to add black as a skin?

I figured it out. It was so simple not sure why I didn’t figure it out right away.
