Hi Lemonpath,

Default CSS for blockquote is as below:

blockquote {
    border-left: 4px solid #5f85b0;
    border-right: 1px solid #bbb;
}

And to change the font you can set via Appearance > Theme Options > Design Options > Typography Options. There you will find to style the font as you like.
