Go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Design Options Tab -> Custom CSS paste the following CSS code and Click on save all changes button:

body, input, textarea {
    font-size: 13px;
}

Note: Please increase/decrease the above digit value 13 to change the font size in body area.
