For the business template icons; if I can’t remove the text from the linked page, is there any way I can make it link to a different page?

I just want the icons to have a couple of sentences telling what to expect on the actual page, but I don’t want the page to have that text on it. Is there any way you can think of to keep my icons and text as they are, but to link to a blank page?
