To make title lowercase Go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Design Options Tab -> Custom CSS paste the following CSS code and Click on save all changes button:

    text-transform: inherit;
}

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
	#access select {
		text-transform: inherit;
	}
}
