annHello and thanks for reply. I have successfully been changing my text colors since January. Since wordpress automatically upgraded to 3.9.1 I am unable to select “more colors/options”.
Example – when writing a post. I then select “text color” option and color palette opens – (standard colors 8 x 5 rows) normally at bottom of this standard palette there has always been an option of “more colors” but it is not there anymore.
I have since installed 3rd party text color plugin but it is a long-winded process.
Any ideas why the “more colors” option has disappeared.

I have also deactivated all plugins to see if there is a conflict but still nothing.
All ideas and solutions appreciated.
