@Sheila To increase the font size of the tagline Go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Design Options Tab -> Custom CSS paste the following CSS code and Click on save all changes button: 

.tag-links a {
    font-size:13px;
}

Note: Increase/Decrease above digit value 13 to change the font size
