    Hello,

    I am having issues with my custom background image displaying. I have followed the steps provided in the Theme Instructions and some other suggestions I have found online to no avail. Has anyone else dealt with this issue and if so what is the workaround/fix? Thanks in advance for any help that is provided.

    Hi alton.mccarthy,

    Goto Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Background image and upload the background image. This background image will only take effect on narrow layout (Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Design options -> Site layout options)

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply, but I’ve already followed these steps as they are outlined in the manual. None of the images I upload will display at all, I am only stuck with the color option of the background. Please advise, on how to troubleshoot this issue, thanks.

    Hi

    Do you mean changing here is not taking an effect? I have just tested it and its working fine. You mean background color options or background image? Once select the color and save it. Then check it on front end whether it works or not. If you have still an issue then first of all deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard one by one. And also did you made any code customization on the theme?

    If there is no any code customiztion and backgroud image and color options does not work then Email Us your temporary username and password. Please don’t post your password on this forum too and also provide this forum link on email.

    Hello,

    I’ve discovered the issue. The pixel size of the image is too big I believe. Can you please advise on the max pixel width and height usable with the theme or recommended pixel width and height? I didn’t see any mention of background image recommendations in the manual. Thanks.

    Hi Alton,

    Sorry! We can not mentioned background image size as it depends upon screen size but we recommend you to use a large image for a better user experience.
