How to deactivate the top menu from beeing clickable?

I have a couple of menus:
TopMenu
-Submenu
-Submenu

The topmenu is only a placeholder for the category and I want that it is not directing to a page. How can I deactive this?

hi Micael,

You just go to the dashboard -> appearance -> menus and create a custom link and use # sign. Just view this below screenshot.
